Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout, along with a short description of what you need help with. For an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

Tell us which product and design you're interested in. For keycap compatibility questions, include your keyboard model and layout so we can help you check the available product details before ordering.

Returns or problems with an item

Contact us before sending a return. Include your order number and the reason for your request. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, describe the issue and attach photos if available. We will provide the appropriate next steps and return instructions.
