These terms govern your use of otakureto.com and purchases from Otakureto. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. Questions can be sent to atomsx@gmail.com.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and to use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or infringe the rights of others.

Products and pricing

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, and prices before ordering. Product colors may appear differently on different screens. Prices and availability may change, but changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your request and does not guarantee availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a correction for your approval or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy governs shipping arrangements. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Contact us before purchasing if you need an item by a specific date. Items may ship separately. If an order is missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
